With a Master’s in Public Health, a background in health services administration, and over six years of progressive leadership experience at a leading New York fiscal intermediary, I’ve developed a deep expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and operational strategy. I currently serve as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Innovation at Independent Support Services, where I lead agency-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive innovation across departments.
Over the years, I’ve successfully mentored rising leaders, implemented scalable systems, improved service delivery, and led projects that have had measurable impact on performance and growth. Now, I’m excited to bring that same strategic mindset to other nonprofits and small businesses looking to optimize their workflows, better understand their data, and build a stronger foundation for the future.
